We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support finance and accounting operations through data analysis, financial reporting, and transaction reconciliation activities. This role is responsible for analyzing operational and financial information, identifying trends and discrepancies, and preparing accurate reports that support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting or finance operations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
- Prepare, maintain, and deliver accurate financial and operational reports.
- Perform account reconciliations and transaction reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established controls.
- Collect, validate, and organize financial information from multiple sources.
- Support month-end and period-end financial close activities.
- Investigate and resolve routine accounting and reporting discrepancies.
- Document analytical findings and communicate results in a clear and structured format.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting requirements and process improvements.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of financial data used for reporting and analysis.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines while managing assigned deliverables.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, or related areas.
- Experience analyzing financial or operational data and preparing reports.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) with the ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal formats.
- Technical Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Chartered Accountancy (CA)
- Cost and Management Accounting
- Related business disciplines
