Job Description:

As an Assistant Casino Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our casino. You will work closely with the Casino Hosts and other team members to provide excellent customer service and promote our casino’s offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them with any inquiries or requests
• Provide information about our casino’s amenities, promotions, and events
• Assist with reservations and bookings for dining, shows, and other activities
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our casino’s games and services
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance their experience and loyalty
• Assist with planning and executing special events and promotions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Keep track of guest preferences and make recommendations for personalized experiences
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to all casino policies and procedures, including responsible gaming guidelines
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional service at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the casino industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of casino games and rules is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
