As an Assistant Casino Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at our casino. You will assist the Casino Host in managing and coordinating all aspects of our VIP guest services, including reservations, events, and promotions. You will also serve as a liaison between the casino and our VIP guests, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Casino Host in managing and coordinating all aspects of VIP guest services, including reservations, events, and promotions.

• Serve as a liaison between the casino and our VIP guests, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

• Greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival and provide personalized service throughout their stay.

• Coordinate special requests and ensure all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and reservations.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute VIP events and promotions.

• Monitor guest activity and report any issues or concerns to the Casino Host.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating databases, and managing reservations.

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a casino environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.

• Knowledge of casino games and operations is a plus.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
