Job Description

·       0 to 1 year of professional, internship, apprenticeship, academic project, or equivalent hands-on experience in a technology-related area.

·       An ability to correlate system level data through SQL or AI interface

·       Foundational understanding of programming, version control, operating systems, networking, databases, or APIs.

·       Working knowledge of one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Java, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.

·       Basic awareness of cloud, containers, automation, monitoring, data, or AI/ML concepts through coursework, labs, internships, or projects.

·       Ability to break down a task, test changes, follow standards, and seek guidance when requirements or risks are unclear.

·       Clear communication, attention to detail, and a consistent willingness to learn.

What You’ll Own

·       Platform delivery: Complete well-defined tasks across cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and AI platform services with guidance from the team.

·       Automation and deployment: Contribute to scripts, configuration, and CI/CD workflows while following documented standards.

·       Reliability and operations: Monitor service health, investigate alerts with support, document findings, and assist with follow-up actions.

·       Engineering quality: Write readable, tested code or configuration, participate in reviews, and keep documentation current.

·       Security awareness: Follow established access, data-handling, audit, and secure engineering practices.

·       Team collaboration: Communicate progress and blockers early, pair with colleagues, and contribute constructively to shared outcomes.

·       Learning and growth: Build technical depth through hands-on work, feedback, internal learning, and experimentation.
