Your team 

Our Financial Services team supports leading banks, insurance companies, asset managers, wealth managers and financial investors in navigating strategic growth and transformation. Working in an international environment, the team advises clients on transaction-related challenges, business transformations, operational improvements and strategic initiatives that shape the future of the financial services industry. Through close collaboration with specialists across various disciplines, you will help clients address complex business challenges and achieve sustainable outcomes. 

Your impact 

• Support financial services clients on international M&A and transaction-related projects across the transaction lifecycle. 

• Analyse market trends, industry developments and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and risks. 

• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support client decision-making and business transformation initiatives. 

• Contribute to transaction assessments, operating model reviews and value creation initiatives within financial institutions. 

• Prepare client presentations, reports and executive materials for senior stakeholders. 

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients. 

Your skill set 

• Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. 

• Strong interest in financial services, corporate transactions and strategic consulting. 

• Relevant internship or professional experience in consulting, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking or financial services. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. 

• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, international and team-oriented environments. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage. 

• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
