Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary coordinator for SCV 1.0 and SCV 2.0 operations, acting as a liaison between suppliers, buyers, MPMs, IT/engineering security teams, and the SCV support group.

· Process SCV request by extracting the missing drawings and attaching the same in SCV event. This will be a day-to-day routine task.

· Support Supplier onboarding process by analyzing the supplier primary location and proving the right access level.

· Triage and track incoming SCV incidents and access requests logged via ServiceNow, ensuring timely routing, resolution, and closure within SLA.

· Own and maintain the SCV Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) tracker, monitoring the status of Open, In Progress, and Closed initiatives, and driving items to closure.

· Partner with the Ariba, SAP, and Eng Apps Security teams to resolve cross-platform issues (e.g., supplier login failures, missing/unavailable files, non-RFQ access requests).

· Analyze recurring incident trends (e.g., missing files, access errors, onboarding delays) and propose process or system improvements to reduce ticket volume.

· Prepare and maintain incident and usage reporting (e.g., monthly SCV incident breakdowns) for leadership review.

· Document and maintain SCV access-request procedures, work instructions, and FAQs for suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders.

· Support onboarding of new suppliers and contractors onto SCV, including guidance through the access-request and approval workflow.

· Escalate systemic platform issues, security concerns, or design gaps to the appropriate engineering or IT leadership.
