NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour to:

• Shape the long-term vision, growth strategy, and business performance of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between NASCAR and key industry stakeholders to advance shared business objectives.
• Drive strategic initiatives that strengthen participation, sponsorship value, stakeholder engagement, and overall Tour sustainability.
• Create meaningful partnerships and communication channels that support industry growth and long-term success.
• Advance the future of one of NASCAR's most historic touring series through data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.

Based in Charlotte, NC.

What You'll Do

• Own the overall business performance, growth strategy, and long-term vision for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that increase the value, relevance, and sustainability of the Tour.
• Establish annual and multi-year objectives aligned with NASCAR's broader strategic priorities.
• Serve as the primary business-facing point of contact for teams, drivers, manufacturers, tracks, and key industry stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships across the garage and create consistent communication frameworks between NASCAR and Tour stakeholders.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and ensure industry perspectives are represented within NASCAR's decision-making processes.
• Coordinate across NASCAR departments to ensure Tour priorities are integrated throughout the organization and that tour-related initiatives remain aligned and accountable.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen participation, event value, team business health, manufacturer engagement, sponsorship activation, fan development, and content consumption.
• Partner with NASCAR commercial teams to maximize value creation for Tour stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic investments that strengthen the Tour ecosystem.
• Establish and track key performance indicators related to participation, sponsorship trends, audience growth, fan engagement, team sustainability, and competitive marketplace dynamics.
• Utilize data, stakeholder insights, and market intelligence to inform recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Lead regular industry engagement meetings and forums while translating NASCAR strategies into practical business implications for Tour participants.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to establish, build, and manage effective business relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to make informed business decisions.
• Experience in change management and driving strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry and related business operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with company-provided hardware and software platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including weekends, as business needs require.
