supporting daily building operations, conducting routine inspections, traffic control and handling user requests

Key Responsibilities

• Building Inspections: Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to check facility conditions, lighting, and equipment, reporting any faults promptly.
• Vendor Coordination: Help guide external contractors and service providers during routine maintenance or repair works.
• Emergency Response: Assist the technical team in handling urgent issues like water leaks, power trips, or equipment failures.
