Job Description:
Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week travel assignment in its Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Hollister, California. The position is scheduled for 8-hour day shifts. The COTA will provide occupational therapy support to patients in the skilled nursing environment and work as part of the rehabilitation team to support patient care and functional goals. Candidates must have a current California license and BLS certification and should have experience working in a skilled nursing setting.

The COTA will collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the care team while providing appropriate occupational therapy services. The assignment is scheduled for 13 weeks with the possibility of extension based on facility needs. Due to low census, the facility may cancel one shift during each two-week pay period. Candidates should be prepared to work effectively in an SNF environment and contribute to patient rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
