Team Overview

The Data Integrations and Audience Activation team enables the reliable onboarding, processing, activation, and delivery of client and partner audience data across TransUnion’s advertising and marketing ecosystem. The team works across data ingestion, identity and segmentation enablement, and delivery to demand-side platforms (DSPs), social platforms, and data marketplaces, helping TransUnion provide scalable and dependable data solutions. This role reports to the Manager I, Data Science and Analytics. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

The Sr. Consultant (Supervisor), Data Integrations & Audience Activation leads the implementation, operational reliability, and continuous improvement of TransUnion’s data onboarding and audience activation ecosystem. This role combines people leadership, technical fluency, and operational management to help ensure data is accurately onboarded, processed, and delivered across partner platforms. 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for data onboarding, integration support, and audience activation, while prioritizing workloads across implementations, partner integrations, and operational support. 

• Oversee client and data-provider onboarding, ensuring data ingestion pipelines and platform configurations align with TransUnion data standards and support scalable business requirements. 

• Manage the activation and delivery of first-party and third-party audiences across DSPs, social platforms, data marketplaces, and other partner environments. 

• Ensure audiences are accurately configured, delivered, refreshed, and maintained according to partner-platform requirements and established refresh schedules. 

• Establish monitoring frameworks, escalation procedures, and proactive controls to evaluate ingestion and activation pipeline health and identify anomalies, delivery failures, scale discrepancies, match-rate issues, or configuration concerns. 

• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex ingestion, data-processing, and activation issues, driving durable improvements that reduce recurring operational problems. 

• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize platform enhancements, improve onboarding tools and automation, and provide operational input into integration design and product-roadmap discussions. 

• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Partnerships, and technical account teams to support enterprise implementations and evaluate new partner integrations and activation capabilities. 

• Maintain operational documentation, standards, and best practices while developing scalable processes and automation that improve delivery reliability and team efficiency. 

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience that supports the technical, analytical, and operational requirements of the role. 

• Five to eight or more years of experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, data integrations, or technical operations, including experience with enterprise data integrations and advertising-platform ecosystems. 

• Two or more years of team leadership or project leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to develop teams and coordinate complex technical workloads. 

• Experience managing complex operational workflows and cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, client-facing teams, or external partners. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage technical workflows spanning multiple systems. 

Required Technical Skills 

• Experience with data ingestion pipelines, audience onboarding, segmentation enablement, and audience activation workflows. 

• Experience with file-based and application programming interface (API)-based integrations. 

• Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and structured-data analysis for investigating workflow, delivery, or data-quality issues. 

• Familiarity with DSPs, social platforms, data onboarding platforms, data marketplaces, and broader digital marketing ecosystems. 

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable data-analysis tools.

• Experience investigating audience scale, match-rate, refresh, or partner-delivery discrepancies. 

• Experience contributing operational requirements to platform design, integration enhancements, or product-roadmap discussions. 

• Knowledge of identity enablement, audience segmentation, or advertising-data delivery methodologies.
