Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business objectives and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing performance to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
