As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions. You will oversee the development process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes within cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to optimize and tune data warehouse performance for large-scale data environments.
- Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages to automate data workflows and manage data pipelines.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure data architectures that support business intelligence and analytics.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data quality and compliance.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
