Manages the product portfolio solutions and/or service elements, in line with the given business strategy of the unit, especially with focus on product phase outs.

• Owns and maintains multi-year portfolio phase out roadmaps balancing between near term execution for business continuity and long-term strategic development, ensuring that initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and linked to structured business justifications such as concept proposals and business cases. Monitors progress of portfolio initiatives and ensures alignment with approved business plans.
• Manages the portfolio of investments by working closely with business stakeholders to define priorities, assess trade‑offs, and support balanced decision making. Ensures transparency of portfolio decisions, dependencies, and changes, and actively communicates outcomes to relevant stakeholders, especially with the business lines operational units (Customer Service, Supply Chain)
• Develops and continuously adapts portfolio and roadmap plans to reflect changes in strategy, market conditions, and the operating environment. Supports long‑term planning activities and ensures forward‑looking alignment between portfolio investments and organizational objectives, especially on operational efficiency through product phase outs
• Partners with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and other functional leaders to enable effective cross‑functional collaboration. Facilitates resource allocation decisions across initiatives to optimize overall portfolio performance and strategic impact.
• Leads portfolio‑level risk management activities by identifying, tracking, and mitigating intra‑portfolio and inter‑portfolio risks. Ensures that appropriate mitigation actions are defined and implemented.
• Defines, collects, and analyzes portfolio‑level key performance indicators (KPIs). Uses KPI insights to assess portfolio performance, support decision making, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Develops, maintains and continuously improves portfolio governance frameworks and decision‑making processes that guide investment planning across the ROS portfolio. Ensures consistent application of these frameworks and alignment with defined guidelines, strategic objectives, and business priorities.
• Creates and maintains portfolio‑level visualizations to support decision making and stakeholder communication, including performance tracking (e.g., portfolio value, ROI, KPIs), asset and initiative composition, strategic alignment, resource allocation, risk exposure, and pipeline status. Leverages standard visualization techniques such as dashboards, charts, heatmaps, bubble charts, and timelines to provide a clear, consolidated view of portfolio health and dynamics.
• Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to connect portfolio strategy and investments with enterprise objectives. Establishes portfolio‑level funding and governance guardrails, manages the flow of initiatives through portfolio Kanban, and enables value‑stream‑focused funding and prioritization. Supports adaptive, decentralized decision‑making while ensuring transparency, compliance, and performance measurement based on value realization rather than output alone.

The base pay range for this position is:

$187,070 - $257,224

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
