Your role and responsibilities
Do you thrive on turning big ideas into memorable live marketing experiences? We are looking for a Marketing Allrounder with a focus on events for the Swiss market who combines strong customer focus, compelling storytelling, smart budget management, and seamless execution.
With a genuine interest in technical products, you know how to translate our solutions into engaging messages that resonate with local target audiences and address market needs. As a hands-on team player with a strong performance mindset, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. Creating impact across both physical and digital touchpoints comes naturally to you.
In this role, you will work closely with our local Sales and Product Marketing teams, as well as with a dynamic Marketing & Communications team that is passionate about creating impact.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager for the Electrification Business Area in Switzerland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Bringing live marketing experiences to life by planning and delivering small to big customer events and trade shows from concept through execution and evaluation.
Leveraging our CRM and Account Engagement tools to support campaign execution, audience engagement, lead management, and performance tracking.
Managing agencies and external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
Localizing global campaigns for the Swiss market and activating them across relevant digital channels, adapting content, messaging, and assets to local audiences and market needs.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Approximately 5–8 years of experience in marketing and event management, preferably within a B2B or industrial environment. An established industry network is considered a advantage.
Native-level German, fluency in English, and very good proficiency in French.
Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing suppliers and partners.
Excellent time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in daily marketing to streamline workflows, enhance content, and improve customer experiences.
