Role purpose
Join us as our HRIS Lead and take ownership of the ongoing evolution, governance and optimisation of our Workday platform. This is an opportunity to combine deep functional expertise with strategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, helping to ensure our HRIS platform delivers an efficient, secure and user-focused experience.What you'll be doing
Lead the ongoing administration, governance and optimisation of Workday as the functional owner of the platform.
Further develop and maintain HRIS standards, controls, operating procedures and governance processes.
Lead the planning and delivery of system enhancements, releases, upgrades and maintenance activities.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical and effective HRIS solutions.
Support and develop capability within the team while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Drive delivery outcomes through effective prioritisation, planning and capacity management.
Support strong people data governance, security and audit readiness.
Deliver successful implementation of HR technology enhancements and projects that create value across the business.
About you
You're an experienced HRIS and people leader with deep Workday expertise and a strong track record delivering system enhancements, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
4+ years of experience administering, optimising and leading a Workday environment.
Demonstrated HRIS leadership experience, including governance, enhancements and release management.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across multiple business functions.
Proven experience delivering HR technology projects, system enhancements and releases, including planning, prioritisation and capacity management.
Relevant Workday certifications across HCM, reporting and integrations, including but not limited to ADP.
Experience leading or overseeing HR data analytics and reporting, including the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to support workforce insights and decision-making.
Previous experience working with Paradox functionalities and integrations desirable.
