Lab Administrator

Day in the life of a Lab Administrator

In this job, you will be part of the central administrative hub for our Repair and Calibration lab in Eindhoven, the lab admin team. As a lab administrator you perform a myriad of tasks to support our customers and work closely together with the various departments across our service labs all over the world. One minute you could be outsourcing test & measurement equipment to a third party supplier, while an hour later you could be monitoring our shipment flows back to our customers. These are just two examples of the various tasks we perform in this pivotal department.

Responsibilities

• Takes care of outsourcing to our third party suppliers
• Monitors the shipment flow in and out our service lab
• Maintains contact with finance and safeguards purchasing
• Maintains stock of supplies and special orders
• Be a first contact point for deviations in the process
• Troubleshooting

Your Team

You will be joining a total team of 5. You will report to the Manager Logistics.

Experience

• Good communication skills and independence in working.
• Good in the English language.
