REJIS is looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen relationships with our existing clients, support successful contract renewals, and identify opportunities for continued growth. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, coordinating teams, and helping clients get the most value from the services they use.

As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for assigned clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Client Success, Product, Delivery, Analytics, and Technical Services—to ensure client needs are understood, expectations are clear, and services are delivered successfully.

What You’ll Do

• Lead renewal strategies that support client retention and maximize contract value
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Use data, analytics, client feedback, and service metrics to identify risks and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and service enhancements
• Prepare and present renewal proposals, pricing information, and value-based recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support client success and seamless service delivery
• Monitor account activity, renewal forecasts, project progress, and client satisfaction
• Serve as a liaison between clients and REJIS technical staff
• Maintain accurate client, contract, and opportunity information in NetSuite
• Support major client projects, client meetings, audits, RFP responses, and other account-related initiatives
• Help clients understand REJIS products and services and identify solutions that meet their needs

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, sales, or a related client-facing role
• Experience managing client relationships, renewal cycles, or account growth initiatives
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to use data and analytics to identify risks, measure performance, and support business decisions
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Ability to work independently, solve practical problems, and respond to client needs in a timely manner
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and NetSuite
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel of up to 50%

Helpful Experience

• Experience with REJIS services, government administration, criminal justice, public safety, sales, client services, call centers, or information technology is strongly preferred

The minimum salary starts at $65,439.11/year with the possibility of additional compensation based on years of experience, demonstrated skills, certifications, and education.
