Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition to managed cloud security operations. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of security strategies with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and document security controls and operational processes effectively.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud security contexts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
