Sobre el rol
Estamos buscando un Accounts Payable Analyst para apoyar las operaciones diarias del área de Finanzas y Contabilidad. Esta posición será responsable principalmente del registro y control de facturas de proveedores, conciliaciones de cuentas, seguimiento de discrepancias y mantenimiento de información financiera precisa dentro de los sistemas corporativos
Responsabilidades
Ingresar y registrar facturas de proveedores en el sistema interno.
Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas y requerimientos relacionados con proveedores.
Conciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores e identificar discrepancias o diferencias en las transacciones.
Preparar, registrar, verificar y analizar transacciones de cuentas por pagar.
Mantener y conciliar las cuentas del libro mayor asociadas a cuentas por pagar.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los controles y procedimientos de validación de transacciones.
Realizar pronósticos y seguimiento de obligaciones pendientes de pago.
Participar en actividades de cierre contable y cierre del libro de compras.
Generar reportes y análisis relacionados con cuentas por pagar.
Mantener documentación y registros financieros precisos y actualizados.
Lo qué estamos buscando
Conocimiento de principios y prácticas contables.
Sólido entendimiento de procesos de Accounts Payable.
Experiencia en registros contables y conciliaciones.
Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
Habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
Buen servicio al cliente y gestión de relaciones con proveedores.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y cumplir plazos establecidos.
Inglés básico para navegar sistemas y herramientas internas.
