Position - Manager – Business Development – Roads & Highways
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving and supporting Business Development activities for the Roads & Highways Service Line, including identifying new opportunities, managing the BD pipeline, client coordination, and supporting bids and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track new business opportunities in Roads & Highways.
Manage BD pipeline, tenders, EOIs and RFPs.
Coordinate with technical teams for proposal and tender submissions.
Support client engagement, meetings and relationship management.
Conduct market research and track upcoming infrastructure projects.
Prepare presentations, capability statements and BD reports.
Support the Service Line Lead in achieving business development targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Tendering or Proposal Management, preferably in Roads & Highways / Infrastructure / Engineering Consultancy.
Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
