Description
Ensure high level of employee engagement and retention by taking initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity of employees
Collaborate with stakeholders during annual HR cycle deliverable to include implementation of performance management, career development, rewards and recognition, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, payroll etc.
Ensure timely actions on policy interpretation and application
Implement talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with TA team for the sales vertical
Implement training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Develop an efficient result oriented team capable to achieve the targets and goals
Implementation of the communication framework
Provide input for policy implementation
Design and Implement employee engagement initiatives
Help deploy the career planning objectives of the Unit
Ensure deployment of suitable motivational and team building initiatives
Implement specific initiatives based on ESAT /CSAT
Ensure TNI adherence in the unit
Grievance Counseling / Discipline
Handle exits and share exit analysis trends with managers/HOPS/ PH/FH
Knowledge of all policies so as to be a one point contact for all HR issues within the Unit
Partnering with Corp-HR in initiatives
Implement Immigration related policies
Cover on site personnel of the Units in the areas of communication and career planning
Mentoring program deployment
Performance management deployment
Recruitment, training and performance review of team
