Utilities Engineer

Location: Rewari, Haryana, India.

We are looking for an experienced Utilities Engineer, to be based at Rewari, Haryana, India. Help ensure safe, reliable site utilities that power manufacturing and continuous operations at scale. You will also help support the manufacturing sites with installation of utility equipment and support their utility infrastructure roadmap.

What you will do

• Support the Project Manager to plan and deliver the utilities scope for capital projects.
• Specify, install, validate, and start up new utility equipment for the Rewari site.
• Own utilities lifecycle after start-up, including maintenance, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality to meet nutrition and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices across utilities.
• Coordinate with automation and electrical engineers to deliver integrated solutions.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in regulated (cGMP) environments.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with common tools.
• Experience working across cultures and building alignment with diverse teams.
• Clear, confident communicator who influences stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing and able to work on-site in Rewari full time.
• Advantage: exposure to utilities asset management and reliability programs.
