Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track project delivery progress, both internally and with clients
- Follow up on project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action plans, and project status reports
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Product, Development, QA, Delivery, Support)
- Support project managers in identifying risks, deviations, and corrective actions
- Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of PMO practices, tools, and reporting
- Ensure consistency and quality of project documentation and governance
Profile & Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a PMO or project coordination role
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of software development environments, ideally in FinTech or regulated contexts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Comfortable using AI tools to support project tracking, reporting automation, risk analysis, decision support, and productivity optimization
