Finance Executive

• Preparing Balance sheets. Recording general entries, budget analysis,

coordinating with accounts department.

• Preparing Invoices on monthly basis for the clients.

• Co-ordinating with Bank

• Preparing TDS and ST challans, filing the necessary documents to IT

• Practical Knowledge and Manage all Accounts function like Tally version

9, MIS, VAT, CST, Payroll, PF, ESI, PT, Labour laws, Service Tax, Income

Tax, TDS, Excise, Imports.  Balance the banking from various statements on

a daily and monthly basis Undertakes any other duties, commensurate with

grade and job title, requested by Managers or above

• Follow-up with customers on collection

• Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary
