Up to $15,000 Salary Incentive

Your Everyday

1. Take the lead.
Prioritize, coordinate, and delegate all aspects of patient care while managing the unique and often complex needs of senior adult patients.

2. Collaborate.
Work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

3. Advocate for safety.
Maintain and promote a safe environment for patients, families, visitors, and team members, with a strong focus on fall prevention, mobility, skin integrity, infection prevention, and other age-specific safety needs.

4. Stay connected.
Monitor and engage with patients, families, and appropriate care team members regarding significant events, changes in patient condition, questions, concerns, and individualized care needs.

5. Protect and restore.
Assess, prevent, and treat wounds while promoting skin integrity, mobility, comfort, and overall healing.

6. Champion quality and infection prevention.
Monitor and execute Joint Commission, infection control, and environment of care requirements to support safe, high-quality patient care.

7. Keep care moving.
Ensure continuity of care, efficient patient throughput, consistent communication, and an exceptional experience for every patient and family.

8. Speak up.
Consult with leadership and appropriate team members when assignments or tasks cannot be completed promptly, effectively, or safely.

9. Educate and empower.
Initiate patient and family education using appropriate resources and continuum-of-care services, helping patients and caregivers understand diagnoses, treatments, medications, discharge plans, and next steps.

10. Be the teammate everyone appreciates.
Contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment by stepping in and assisting others—sometimes before they even have to ask.

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills.
• A passion for caring for senior adults and supporting their unique healthcare needs.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• A commitment to teamwork, patient safety, quality care, and exceptional patient experiences.
