Responsibilities:

• Apply theoretical knowledge from academic studies to practical tasks and projects within assigned departments.

• Rotate through defined functional areas according to the training plan, completing assignments and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to support ongoing projects, process improvements, and problem-solving initiatives.

• Attend university courses and meet academic requirements while balancing work commitments.

• Comply with HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions and safety guidelines.

• Prepare reports, presentations, or analyses as part of project deliverables or academic requirements.

• Participate in onboarding and foundational training (e.g., IT tools, language skills) as provided.

• Capture and maintain records of practical phases for internal audits and academic validation.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in an accredited university program for a dual study course (e.g., business, engineering, IT, or related field).

• Strong academic performance and motivation to combine theory with practice.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to apply concepts to real-world challenges.

• Digital literacy (MS Office; readiness to learn FPM-specific systems and tools).

• Communication and teamwork skills; reliability and professional conduct.

• Language: local worksite language; English beneficial in FPM’s global environment.

• Willingness to work on a fixed-term basis and manage alternating academic and practical phases.
