Position

As a Graduate Software Engineering Intern in the SteelHead Mobile team, you will work on enterprise-grade systems and networking software used by global customers. This role is designed for recent college graduates who want strong hands-on experience in C/C++, systems programming, and networking, with a clear path toward full-time engineering roles.

 

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Role Type: Graduate Internship-6month

Growth Path: Intern → Full-Time Engineer (Performance-based)

What you will do

• Contribute to development, testing, and debugging of SteelHead Mobile features.
• Work on system-level and networking-focused code.
• Debug real customer issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Learn and apply enterprise-grade software engineering practices.

What makes you an ideal candidate

Eligibility

• Recent BE / BTech graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 0–1 years of experience (internships / academic projects acceptable)

Required Skills

• Strong fundamentals in C++/Python programming.
• Good understanding of Operating Systems, Data Structures, and Computer Networks.
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows internals.
• Familiarity with multithreading and concurrency concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.

Good to Have

• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, latency, bandwidth).
• Exposure to system-level or performance-oriented programming.
• macOS / Objective-C exposure.
