Description
Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency across the organization. Design and develop BI dashboards or automations to track and manage open purchase orders Collaborate with procurement team members to gather requirements and understand business needs Analyze procurement data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in dashboard reporting Provide regular updates and presentations on dashboard insights to stakeholders Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests from the team Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or another related major Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Experience with Co-Pilot or Power Automate or other no-code automation software Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
