POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support our Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams. This role involves handling day-to-day supply chain operations, ensuring accurate data entry in SAP/ERP, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes. Key Responsibilities • Accurately create and manage sales orders in SAP/ERP • Process goods receipts, credit notes, and debit notes • Provide customer documentation (invoices, COA, MSDS, etc.) • Support customer portal activities and internal requests • Validate logistics invoices and additional costs • Assist in inventory and consignment stock management • Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending actions • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution Required Skills & Qualifications • B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA / Engineering • 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service / Operations • Basic knowledge of SAP or any ERP system (preferred) • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good communication skills (written & verbal) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment • Experience in handling sales order management / logistics coordination • Exposure to consignment stock or inventory tracking • Additional language skills (French, German, Italian) are a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and lookups) Additional Information: This role is based in Chennai (Taramani).The position supports U.K. business hours (approx. 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST) Page 1 of 1
