We are seeking a talented individual to join our Motor team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Warsaw office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Our department has taken over operations from Marsh Europe in order to allow our colleagues to focus directly on clients. As a Team Coordinator in the Motor team, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader or Ops Manager in a variety of people management and operational activities within the team.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a team of administration specialists, including recruiting, motivating, coaching, and developing team members by setting clear goals, managing and prioritizing workloads, and monitoring performance
- Plan and develop new procedures within the team’s area of responsibility
- Resolve internal client escalations in a timely manner
- Implement business-focused solutions within time and/or cost constraints
- Prepare management reports
- Drive process improvements
- Coordinate various projects and team initiatives
- Support the Motor team in delivering high-quality operational services
What you need to have:
- Coordination skills and experience in people management
- Experience in a shared service centre environment, preferably in insurance (Claims, Policy Servicing, Placement, Client Onboarding)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and very good knowledge of French, at minimum B2 level
- Strong customer service experience, ideally at least 3 years
- Ability to plan resources and track team utilization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
