Key responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding – Execute customer onboarding activities, ensuring accurate collection, validation, and maintenance of customer master data.
- Order Management – Maintain order-related records and support timely, accurate updates within ERP and CRM systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Customer Support – Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex topics to senior team members when needed.
- Customer Communication – Support proactive communication with customers regarding product availability, delivery updates, and service-related changes.
- System & Invoicing Support – Assist with system training activities and support customer invoicing processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Billing & Inventory Coordination – Support customer inventory tracking and billing activities, including coordination of invoice clarifications and basic credit-related actions.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement – Escalate operational issues appropriately, contribute to accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and process observations.
We expect:
- Educational Background – Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Customer Care Expertise – Initial professional experience in Customer Care, including customer onboarding, master data maintenance, and customer lifecycle support.
- Customer Service & Communication – Confidently handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation of complex issues.
- Billing & Credit Process Knowledge – Exposure to billing activities, invoice dispute resolution, credit memo handling, and related customer account processes.
- Systems & Data Management – Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring high data quality standards.
- Operational Excellence – Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a dynamic, service-oriented environment while adhering to established processes.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Team-oriented approach with experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
- Languages & Adaptability – Fluent in French and Spanish with professional working proficiency in English, combined with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and ways of working.
