Job Description:

Enterprise Communications: The Enterprise Communications job family encompasses roles that facilitate effective and efficient communication within the organization. These roles may involve developing communication strategies, creating content for internal platforms, and ensuring that all employees are informed about company updates and initiatives.

This entry-level role in the Enterprise Communications job family supports the implementation of communication strategies within the team or organization. The role focuses on specific tasks or segments within the organization, with clearly defined objectives. The role is guided by detailed procedures and well-defined precedents and works under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Supports and assists in executing communication strategies in team / organization.       
• Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.       
• Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined objectives.       
• Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.      
• Accomplishes tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision, training, and development by higher band employees.

Job Qualifications

• MBA / Post Graduate in Communication / Digital Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience    
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.        
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.        
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.       
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.       
• A growth mindset with the ability to learn from feedback and continuously improve.
