THE JOB: 

As a Uniform Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our team members and guests. With a friendly attitude and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure uniforms are clean, organized, and ready for every shift.  Your service and care behind the scenes help our team look and feel their best, creating the exceptional experience The Cosmopolitan is known for!

THE STARTING RATE:  $22.4747  / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist team members with all uniform-related needs while providing excellent customer service consistent with company and property service standards
• Maintain accurate uniform inventory, including assigned garments, garments sent to and returned from cleaners, and standing inventory
• Use uniform inventory software to maintain employee and inventory records, including applying barcodes/RFID chips and name labels
• Receive and organize new uniform inventory and discard unusable items
• Operate uniform-related equipment, including conveyor systems, heat-seal and pressing equipment, commercial washing machines, and steam irons, where applicable

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in a similar position and/or environment
• Knowledgeable with Invo tech System
• Prior experience within a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort enviroment
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
