WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Duties:
- To perform the full credit control function for chain stores and independent customers
- Request remittance from customer and balance payments
- Receipt and allocate payments
- Send customer statements
- Investigate unprocessed claims
- Validate and reconcile and process pricing claims
- Validate and submit credit applications for accounts to be opened
- Follow up on outstanding payments and invoices
- Maintain overtrading and Customer Guarantee Insurance Cover (CGIC) customers
- Compile and submit reports as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Diploma in finance or equivalent
- A credit control qualification would be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with chain stores and independents in FMCG environment (Essential)
- Computer literacy: MS Office (strong excel knowledge is a must)
- Valid driver’s license
