Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps engineer to join our team of DevOps and embedded software engineers in Ballerup which can help lead the technical direction for our CI/CD framework. Preferably you also have experience with embedded Software development allowing you to help creating the best CI/CD framework together with our internal Software development teams and architects.
The Team you will be part of:
You will be part of the embedded & Audio DSP software team consisting of 50 dedicated engineers. Your mission will be to continuously improve and maintain our CI/CD framework for current and future products. We believe that constantly improving on our CI/CD framework is a key ingredient of our continuous success.
The DevOps and embedded software team works across the technologies that make our headsets exceptional — including Bluetooth & USB connectivity, Advanced Call Control, Audio management, sensors, and AI invocation.
You will report to the Manager of Audio & Embedded Platforms and you will work closely with a teams in Ballerup and APAC.

Architecting the Future: You will participate in creating a world class CI/CD for delivering embedded software based on Secure coding and AI assisted development flows.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: In this fast-paced industry, you will keep abreast of the latest advancements in CI/CD tools, frameworks and methodologies. You will proactively provide valuable recommendations on incorporating these advancements into the framework.
Strong Experience with Modern CI/CD tooling: We are levering on-prem/off-prem servers for hosting our CI/CD framework based on tools such as ADO, Artifactory and Coverity.
Navigate an international setup with resilience, openness, and an ability to work effectively across different cultures and styles of working
Lead DevOps schedule, quality and risk management together with Product Owners and the Quality team
Facilitate technical DevOps workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Extensive experience in creating a world class CI/CD for delivering embedded software based on Secure coding and AI assisted development flows.
A collaborative and approachable style, with ability to build trust across teams, functions, and cultures
The resilience and maturity to navigate complexity, change, and cultural challenges in a global setup
