What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Student Assistant to support the Employee Administration team with document management, archive organization, data verification, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The role primarily focuses on handling employee documentation, maintaining records, and supporting office administrative activities.
What you'll do:
Sort, categorize, and organize physical employee documentation and archive materials.
Prepare documents for filing, archiving, and secure storage.
Retrieve and manage archived documents when needed.
Review and verify employee-related data in documents, spreadsheets, and internal records.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee administration records.
Support administrative activities related to onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
Scan, copy, print, and prepare employee documentation.
Provide general administrative and office support to the Employee Administration team.
Ensure documentation is complete, properly filed, and compliant with internal standards.
What makes you a strong fit:
You are a student and you can work on a student contract at least 20 - 30 hours per week.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential documentation responsibly.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work.
