Program Manager - Advanced Technologies

## What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

This role is expected to-

• Collaborate with Product Strategy Managers and Project Leads to define project scope, phase-wise deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Break down project goals into short, manageable sprints to mitigate key technical and execution risks.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including labor, prototype development, and testing costs.
• Monitor project performance and xRL progression and drive corrective actions when required.
• Track actual project expenditures and update forecasts based on approved project plan changes and leadership reviews.
• Ensure timely execution of New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects through effective planning and resource management.
• Organize ideation workshops for critical technology development projects.
• Conduct innovation summits in collaboration with Product Strategy Managers.
• Champion the deployment of Eaton's fail-fast innovation process across all assigned projects.
• Support the completion of proof-of-concept activities for mature technology projects.
• Partner with teams across Manufacturing, Digital Engineering, Intellectual Property (IP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Product Strategy to ensure resource availability and project readiness.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Drive prototype sample builds by:
• Identifying suitable suppliers
• Facilitating design feasibility reviews
• Preparing prototype control plans
• Obtaining quality and deviation approvals.
• Work with local and global Supply Chain teams to identify testing partners.
• Build relationships, negotiate agreements, and finalize contracts for proof-of-concept testing activities.
• Support product cost assessments through supplier quotations and should-costing analyses.
• Partner with Product Strategy Managers to:
• Identify new business opportunities
• Map technology adjacencies
• Analyze industry trends
• Assess regulatory impacts
• Conduct competitive landscape reviews

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ Automobile/ Production with 3-6 years of professional experience
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Program management, preferably in the Automotive segment.

## Skills:

• Hands-on Program management experience
• Exposure to basic Agile methodology - sprint planning can be handy.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - global/ local and various sub-functions (sales, SCM, Manufacturing, engineering).
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
• Skilled at conflict management and possess strong drive for results attitude.
• Know-how of engineering, marketing and manufacturing fundamentals.
• Learning agility – Strong aptitude to understand the new technologies in Automotives and link with the risks related to the project deliverables.
