  • Lead and sponsor technical initiatives, automation upgrades, equipment lifecycle improvements, engineering standards, safety improvements, and systems optimisation activities that strengthen Medical Device manufacturing capability.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver robust engineering solutions that support production continuity, regulatory compliance, and site priorities.
  • Contribute at management level to technical strategy, automation roadmaps, manufacturing performance, resource planning, and long-term engineering capability.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve engineering systems, automated manufacturing processes, technical standards, and cross-functional ways of working.
  • Hire, develop, and retain engineering talent while supporting career growth, succession planning, and a positive team environment.
  • Set clear expectations, provide timely feedback, conduct regular performance reviews, and address employee relations matters in a fair and constructive manner.
