Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting plumbing and related products at the sales counter and over the phone.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all company procedures for order entry, cash handling, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area
- Represent the company professionally and uphold our values in all interactions.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in plumbing or plumbing supply industry.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or POS systems a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
