Key Responsabilities:
- Lead and supervise workshop technicians to ensure maximum productivity
- Diagnose complex mechanical & electrical issues with precision
- Ensure correct spare parts identification & installation
- Control job quality before vehicle delivery
- Monitor daily performance, carry-over & efficiency KPIs
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Training & Warranty teams
- Maintain safety, discipline & operational standards inside the workshop
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in the same field
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage technicians
- Organized, KPI-driven, and detail-oriented
