Responsibilities

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accounting functions for production yields, labor, and packaging usage

• Entering and compiling production data from multiple sources into Excel spreadsheets

• Ensuring prompt and accurate data entry

• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Computer proficiency with strong Microsoft Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation skills; at least 1 year of Excel experience

• General office experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Solid reasoning and problem-solving abilities

• Professional attitude and conduct with the ability to work well with others

• Strong work ethic

• Reliable attendance

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and neatness are essential

Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.

 

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
