About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Engagement & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role combines customer follow-up, administrative support, and process coordination. You will primarily conduct warm outreach to existing customers who have already purchased services or credits, ensuring they make full use of them while maintaining a positive customer experience.
The role also includes general administrative support, tracking activity, maintaining organized records, and helping improve internal processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warm follow-up outreach with existing customers
- Ensure clients are utilizing their available credits/services
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers
- Handle general administrative and coordination tasks
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Organize and update internal systems and documents
- Assist in building and improving follow-up workflows and processes
- Take initiative in identifying operational improvements
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative needs
