Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and analyses monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and internal reporting guidelines.
Accounting Operations
- Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Maintain proper internal controls and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
Tax Management & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax reports (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.)
- Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities to resolve issues.
- Provide tax planning strategies to optimize company tax portion in compliance with regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with business units.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with corrective action plans.
Audit & Risk Management
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Implement risk management practices and strengthen internal control systems.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop finance, accounting, and tax teams to build capability and ensure high performance.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Education/Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Functional knowledge/Technical skill:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and financial reporting.
- In-depth understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and tax planning.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and business acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications & License:
Professional Certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 10–12 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in managing nationwide sales operations and large teams.
- Experience in handling distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
