What you will be doing
Business Analyst/ Project Manager Role for implementation of complex business and technology solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert on multiple projects, translating business requirements into system capabilities while driving process and technology improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Discovery
- Analyze complex business requirements and develop technology solutions.
- Lead or play a key role in implanting RPA/AI based projects and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams.
- Create and manage business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation (Project Plan, BRD, Test Plan, Action Tracker, RAID Log, Management Weekly/Monthly Decks etc).
- Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and solution evaluations.
- Support testing, implementation, and post-production validation activities.
- Coach and mentor junior Business Systems Analysts.
- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices.

Graduate
Experience & Skills
- Typically requires 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience leading at least one large project (e.g., over 6,000 project hours or spanning more than 4 months).
- Strong skills in:
- Requirements gathering and analysis

- Agile methodologies
- Data analysis and problem solving
- Communication and leadership
