Our client is expanding their team in Limassol and is looking for experienced Conversion and Retention Agents to join their growing operation.

Positions

Conversion Agents

• Convert qualified leads into active clients.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Meet and exceed conversion and revenue targets.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients.

Retention Agents

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Maximize client activity, satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to increase client value.
• Consistently achieve retention and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the FX/Forex industry.
• Previous experience specifically as a Conversion or Retention Agent.
• Fluent spoken English plus one of the required languages.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven, ambitious and motivated personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Team Structure

Each desk is structured around:

2 Conversion Agents + 3 Retention Agents

German-speaking teams are in particularly high demand, with the possibility of building multiple teams.
