Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Lead Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team in Findlay Township, PA. This role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality processes across our manufacturing operations to support our site’s growth. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end quality assurance, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure strict adherence to industry standards and company policies. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Manufacturing Quality team, overseeing requirements from incoming material inspection to end-customer delivery.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and engage with customers to ensure on-time quality fulfillment.
- Lead or support product line certifications in coordination with Engineering and external agencies.
- Drive proactive quality improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and support a "zero-defect" culture.
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation (e.g., in Documentum) to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Monitor quality metrics and KPIs; lead root-cause analysis and develop effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) with functional owners.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage calibration systems for monitoring and measuring instruments.
- Mentor team members, providing training on quality principles, processes, and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 7–8 years of professional, hands-on experience in quality management or process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience: For candidates with a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP usage in a manufacturing environment.
- Quality Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
- Methodologies: Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
