Scope of Responsibilities:
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts across Charleston facilities; investigate discrepancies and reconcile physical stock against ERP records to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders; flag damages or shortages to purchasing.
• Maintain item master data, including bin locations, unit‑of‑measure, and reorder points; process inventory adjustments, transfers, and returns.
• Build recurring reports on stock levels, aging, shrink, and slow‑moving items; provide reorder recommendations to operations and purchasing teams.
• Partner with engineering to resolve stockouts, expedite critical materials, ensure TAA and NDAA compliance, develop bills of materials, and support month‑end and annual physical inventory counts.
• Identify and support implementation of process improvements across inventory workflows.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 technologies

Salary: 50k+ dependent on education and experience
