NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

YOUR NEW ROLE

•Engage and influence multiple stakeholder groups of varying levels of seniority.

•Experience in working with multiple technology teams

•Project, program and portfolio management

•Agile/iterative and contemporary delivery practices and how these apply, and in context of a large program

•Advanced and confident communication skills, and ability to liaise across business and technology leaders.

•Work independently, collaboratively, and with purpose, across the enterprise.

•Work with internal and external stakeholders.

•Experience consulting/advising on records management standards, processes, remediation (preferred).
 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

•Experience in Administrative Support and correspondence skills and using group mailbox, SharePoint, Teams and other O365 suite

•Business Writing skills

•Senior to Expert experience in reporting and analysis of both data and trends

•Prior data governance and/or records/information management experience is highly desirable.

•Technology support

•Workflow tools such as Jira / Rally / Teams Planner / Confluence

•Report development – PowerBI, Automate, other analytical tools

•Working with AI, Purview and Copilot highly desirable.
