As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and overall financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor cash flow and financial projections
- Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
