About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers, technicians, and parts teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring every customer receives exceptional service while coordinating repairs, maintenance, parts requirements, and service schedules.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a technical background who wants to transition into a customer-facing role where their industry knowledge, communication skills, and ability to multitask will be highly valued.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to job completion.

• Managing service bookings, work orders, and customer communications.

• Liaising with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Providing updates on job progress, timelines, and service recommendations.

• Supporting warranty and service administration activities.

• Managing multiple priorities and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.

Highly Desirable:

Previous experience as a:

• Service Technician

• Diesel Mechanic

• Agricultural Technician

• Heavy Vehicle Technician

• Construction Equipment Technician

• Parts Interpreter

• Service Coordinator; and

• Strong computer skills with the ability to work across multiple operating systems and software platforms

Experience within:

• Heavy Vehicle

• Agricultural Machinery

• Construction Equipment

• Turf Maintenance Equipment industries

• Knowledge of, or experience with, turf maintenance machinery, irrigation equipment, or grounds care equipment.
